I’m Shari Jo — a Christian mindset & leadership coach, cancer survivor, and woman who has failed forward more times than I can count. I don’t coach from perfection. I coach from practice, obedience, and the grace of a God who refused to let me stay stuck.

I am first and always a daughter of the King. Before I am an author, a speaker, a coach, or a founder — I am a woman who loves Jesus, has walked through fire, and decided that “average accidentally on purpose” is no longer an option.
I’ve led teams and organizations for decades in healthcare, business, and ministry. I’ve collected more initials after my name than any one person should probably have, and I’ve learned this: none of those credentials matter if I can’t reach you where you are.
My gift is taking real life — the mess, the trauma, the burnout, the “I should have had it together by now” — and aligning it with the Word of God and practical action so you can finally move forward on purpose.
I am not naturally organized, calm, or put-together. I am a reformed over-achiever, recovering perfectionist, and world-class “do all the things at once” woman. I had to fight for peace, boundaries, clarity, and sanity with God’s help and lots of practice.
That’s why I’m so good at helping you do the same. I don’t stand above you and coach down. I stand beside you and coach with you — Bible in one hand, practical tools in the other, and a gentle (sometimes not-so-gentle) nudge into obedient action.

Yes, I have a wall of degrees and certifications. I’ve spent 30+ years in corporate and nonprofit leadership, built programs, turned around teams, and survived diagnoses and disasters that tried to take me out.
But the most important thing you need to know is this: I know what it’s like to lose everything and rebuild with Jesus at the very center. After cancer, health crises, financial collapse, and heartbreak, I learned that God does His best work in the middle of our worst seasons.
So when I coach you or speak to your people, I bring all of that — the education, the experience, the mistakes, the miracles — to help you create a life that is bold, brave, and fully aligned with who God says you are.
Translation? I’ve been in the classroom, the boardroom, the break room, and the prayer room — and I know how to meet you where you really live.
